体育是一门考验身体协调性和灵活度的学科，传统的体育教学模式单一，学习枯燥。对此，我进行了不断的总结改进，从“EFL八大教学法”的精华中提炼出了体育教学新模式：
Sports is a subject that requires the combination of physical coordination and flexibility of discipline. The traditional teaching style is simple. I use EFL in class to stimulate students’interest.
一、创造课堂氛围，激发兴趣
First, create an atmosphere in the class that will stimulate the students.
体育活动是丰富多彩的，但是体育课要有计划、有目的地去进行，兴趣特点决定了体育教学中应注重“教”与“玩”的结合，让学生们在玩中学，玩中练.
Physical activity is interesting, but lessons need to be planned because creating interest is essential. As a teacher we need to combine learning with play.
二、让多媒体走进课堂
Second, take advantage of multimedia options in the lesson.
体育课不但要练好每个动作，更要丰富的理论知识。所以体育可以走进多媒体，加深学生对技术动作的理解。
In PE, the students should not only practice each action but, they should also master the theory of knowledge. Therefore, we need to take advantage of multimedia tools to help students to understand the movements.
三、体育游戏化
Third, play different kinds of games.
体育课上“教”与“玩”的程度，体育教师把握得很好的情况下，这堂课就是一堂成功的课，也达到了学中玩、玩中练的最终目的。
In PE, the teacher should take advantage of combining teaching with play.
四、师生共同参与活动
Next, teachers and students should participate in the activities together.
体育课不像其他课，体育课的活动范围、场地、空间比其他课要大的多，体育教师掌握好教学方向、进度和内容，经常和学生一起活动，这样效果非常理想。
Unlike other classes, we need to consider the space for PE instruction which should be large enough for students to move around. The teacher should have the ability to control the whole class and play with the students.
五、不断提高自身的业务水平
Next, continuously improve ourselves
一个体育教师不能只要上完一节体育课，就可以说教学到位了，一节体育课虽然上完了，学生是否觉得这堂体育课有乐趣呢？是否每堂体育课都有新的感受呢？是否以后喜欢上体育课呢？这些问题都值得去思考。
After each lesson teachers should make sure to summarize and reflect. Did the students have fun? Do the students like PE? All of these questions are worthwhile for discussion.
灵活教学，不断让学生进行快乐运动，才能使体育课进行得更有意义，同时也让学生在体会到运动的快乐和精髓中不断成长！
Using a variety of teaching strategies for sports or PE helps students to enjoy learning and makes lessons more meaningful.

Next, continuously improve ourselves
一个体育教师不能只要上完一节体育课，就可以说教学到位了，一节体育课虽然上完了，学生是否觉得这堂体育课有乐趣呢？是否每堂体育课都有新的感受呢？是否以后喜欢上体育课呢？这些问题都值得去思考。
After each lesson teachers should make sure to summarize and reflect. Did the students have fun? Do the students like PE? All of these questions are worthwhile for discussion.
灵活教学，不断让学生进行快乐运动，才能使体育课进行得更有意义，同时也让学生在体会到运动的快乐和精髓中不断成长！
